We can take orders over the telephone so please do not hesitate to contact us on 07896 630 054 at anytime and we will be happy to help.

Unique gifts 4 kids postage and packaging charges vary for each product because of weight and size specifications. Please see each individual product for postage costs in the UK. If you would like goods delivered to an address outside of the UK, please contact us before placing your order with details of the item(s) you would like to purchase and the delivery address and we will confirm the postage amount.

Once cleared funds have been received we aim to dispatch our products to you within 7 to 10 working days to the UK and for the rest of the world within 14 days.

Handmade & Personalised gifts are all individually made and if there is any reason for a longer delivery time than expected, we will contact you immediately by telephone to advise.

Our returns policy
We want you to be happy with your product(s) and we will be happy to give a full refund if you are not satisfied with your un-personalised product within 28 days from the receipt of goods, in which you can cancel your order. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on products that are personalised.

You are responsible for all spelling of names when ordering any personalised gift. If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect due to an error on our part please contact us immediately joanne@uniquegifts4kids.co.uk

What happens if my order is late?
In the unlikely event that your order should fail to arrive within our promised delivery period please call us on 07896 630 054 or by using the contact us form on the unique gifts 4 kids website along with your order details and we will carry out a thorough investigation.

We use paypal, a secure payment site which you can either use your paypal account if you have one to pay for your items or simply fill out the credit card details to continue with paying with your credit/debit card.

How to return a product
- You must return your ordered goods appropriately packed to us
- The cost of the postage return will be at your expense unless of course the goods are faulty.
- Please include with your returned order your full contact and address details and stating the reason for the return and also specify any exchange you would like to replace the returned item with.
- Please obtain proof of postage
- Returns must be made within 28 days of purchase
