Just a little about me the busy person behind Unique Gifts 4 Kids!
I have always wanted to do something different but never quite knew what I really wanted to do. After working for many years doing admin jobs and then moving to an accounts roll for 6 years and then learning web-design I decided I didnt want to go back to a 9 till 5 job and wanted to spend as much time at home with my family as I could. After having my second child and then marrying my wonderful supportive partner James after 14 years in Spain October 2008 I knew I wanted to design, host and start my own website up. My children Mya 5 & Oscar 2 mean the world to me and they are growing so fast I didnt want to miss anything more they do!

I was searching high and low for a special and unique baby christening gift and was not having much luck. After some time I found that perfect gift which my best friend loved I thought why not start an online gift shop and sell unique gifts myself. Sounded really easy at the time but I spent lots of evenings reading books and surfing for any information I could find on the internet to help me build a website, and still learning!. Finally I got there and found amazing gifts from all over the UK and many childrens handmade gifts. UniqueGifts4Kids then came alive and is now a fabulous online childrens shop selling a range of gifts from baby personalised gifts, Childrens toys, Childrens party supplies, School personalised towels and accessories, Unique Baby christening gifts and lots more plus a range of beautiful handmade gifts which are all handmade in the UK by very talented individuals and businesses everywhere.
Now all I want to do is bring to you the most unique and higest quality of gifts that you cant always find on your local high street, and to give you a unique shopping experience with a wide range of affordable gifts for you to browse through. I hope now I can spend as much time at home with my amazing family and make a great success of UniqueGifts4Kids as its had its up and downs but doing all the work my self and not paying for over the top hosting prices and for expensive SEO costs is an acheivement for me. I hope to get there in time and make uniquegifts4kids sometihng you will all talk about x
